Craig Symington's early career was in finance, working with firms such as County Natwest and Lloyds Bank. Following a South African stint developing export markets for European component manufacturers, he returned to the UK for a position with CIC, the digital media division of UDO. There, Symington worked with advertising and media agencies on digital media campaigns such as the Samsung Olympic Sponsorship and the Dunlop Wimbledon Campaigns'.

After running a digital imaging division at a Xerox partner, Symington moved to Sigma to oversee its transition from a pure IT support company into a total IT solutions provider and recognised systems integrator.

Deanne Symington has worked in IT in numerous capacities for nearly 10 years. Launching her career with a South African government start-up, Geographic Information Services, she developed in-house training materials, and wrote macros and programs to assist end users and technical support people. Since her arrival in the UK in 1998, Symington has performed various IT support roles and managed several large IT departments, namely at Publicis. Symington has earned various customer-focused technical accreditations and the only government-recognised support methodology qualification from the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL).

Symington was instrumental in founding Sigma and managing service delivery for our first major support contracts.

A business manager with an MBA from University of Strathclyde (UK), Harry Madaan, with over 9 years of international experience gained through working with leading organizations in various continents, has a right blend of consultative sales, presales and services delivery management experience.

Beginning his career with Escotel Mobile Communications Limited in 1997 in Information Technology, Prior to joining Sigma, Madaan was working as a business consultant with a leading IT services company NIIT Technologies Limited.

Madaan was instrumental in winning and executing multi million GBP outsourcing projects and has worked on various assignments for some of the prestigious clients such as Holcim, Electrolux, Guys & St. Thomas NHS Trust and Hyundai (Car) UK limited to name a few.

With his exceptional programme and process management skills and being a Prince 2 accredited, Madaan successfully executed large scale, complex, multi-locations outsourcing and SI projects with high quality, on time and within budget.

With Sigma Since July 2005, Madaan has been fundamental in developing and re-engineering presales processes, developing business strategy and value proposition. Quickly won a number of strategic accounts. Heading the Managed Services business unit, Madaan's strategic role is bring together the sales and service delivery function of the entire business and provides the first class leadership to all. As a key member of the executive team Madaan's responsibilities also include contribute fully to the strategy and direction of the company.

Following his graduation with an Honours Degree in Business Studies, Simon Williams has focused on Business Development and Client Management within the IT/Telecommunications sector. Beginning his career at Cable & Wireless in 1995 in public sector business development, Simon has continually been recognised and rewarded for his aptitude in solution sales and customer relationships. Simon has developed his career further with ever more senior positions at Siemens and ntl:business before finally working with a public sector Quango on Broadband Aggregation as their Account Director. Simon brings with him a wealth of experience and understanding in blue chip companies as well as almost 10 years in depth public sector experience and knowledge.

Since joining Sigma in November 2005, Simon has been fundamental in developing the Sigma Technology strategy and value proposition. Simon is successfully entering markets and quickly winning a number of strategic accounts as well as developing the Sigma Technology strategic relationship with our ÔBest of Breed' Partners.

Whilst following his passion for golf Ð as a top amateur - Colin Tigg honed his skills in events management and business development. He also took on responsibilities as a country club's membership manager, spearheading a drive to increase membership. After joining an international IT reseller, Micro Warehouse, on the inbound team, Tigg's potential for developing business and his consultative approach when meeting clients' requirements made him a national account manager. In that role he built a portfolio of large, well-known, customers such as WPP.

Since joining Sigma in December 2003, Tigg has overseen Sigma's accreditation with vendors such as Microsoft, HP, Acer, Sony, and others. Tigg ensures that Sigma's clients' investments in equipment are well planned, provide value for money, and, most importantly, are future-proof.

Following her graduation from the South West University with a Linguistics degree, Elia started her career with a legal management business consultancy at a solicitors' firm in London. As part of her professional development strategy, she found opportunities to combine her interest in languages with the latest media technology trends by performing quality control on subtitled programs for Discovery Networks Europe. She also created subtitles for Hollywood films released on DVD.

With Sigma since 2002, Elia is responsible for office management and is actively involved in the sales and accounting functions.
