Sigma pre-builds, tests, and stages all proposed solutions in our own laboratories using our highly trained engineers to ensure that we identify any potential problems and eliminate them before installation at a customer's site. As much as possible, Sigma Technology reproduces the solution's eventual installation and deployment environment, ensuring a seamless transition from staging through to installation and deployment. Sigma Technology actively encourages customer participation during the staging process to make sure our clients are completely comfortable with the technology, the proposed solution, and Sigma's capabilities before actual deployment.
During a solution's deployment phase, Sigma Technology delivers installations against a design and requirements document approved by the client beforehand. When Sigma completes the work, we do so with minimum disruption to the client's business. We document our installations fully, giving our clients complete visibility of the process start to completion. We only consider the installation complete once the customer signs off against the agreed-to design and requirements documentation.
